The only carriers that have reasonable data plans are Sprint and T-Mobile. Since I wanted to stick with GSM, I've ported my number over to T-Mobile. Verizon, without a doubt has the best coverage, but the Treo is not available for them so that’s a moot point.

I've been very happy with Sprint, although they don't provide great coverage right where I live (but it's fine from a few miles north on up).
