On the Blink
I am having some rather poor luck with hardware lately. I’m monitor is on the blink. Quite literally. *blink* *blink*
I was surfing the web, and it started blinking. At first I thought maybe I had kicked the cable loose or my powersaving settings had tripped out. But it continued to blink even after I unplugged the video cable (it should have said something like “no signal”). I’m rather disappointed, but I should still be covered by warranty so I’ll need to call them up.
For those keeping score at home:
- 2 dead harddrives (one under warranty, one not)
- 1 laptop (not covered by warranty)
- 1 stick of RAM (being RMAed)
- 1 LCD (should be under warranty)
